体育教学中学生情绪状态的心理调节研究

摘要： 运用文献资料、收集部分优秀体育教师的成功教学实践以及笔者的设计实践验证，对体育教学中学生情绪状态的心理调节进行分析。提出：体育课中学生情绪状态调节的必要性和可行性并采用科学的、行之有效的、调节学生体育课中情绪状态的手段和方法，提高体育教学效果。 关键词： 体育教学；情绪状态；心理调节 Sports teaching high school students adjust emotional state (guizhou tongren institute at tongren did 554300) WangDaoCai Abstract: literature, collect some outstanding sports teachers' teaching practices and the author of the successful design practice verification, emotional state of physical education teaching high school students of the psychological adjustment for analysis. Put forward: physical education middle school students' emotional state regulation of necessity and feasibility and adopt scientific, effective, regulating students in P.E. emotional state of the means and methods, improve sports teaching effect.
